I thought I'd have less pain Post of day 4, but not so much maybe because of drain? not sure. But I have lost 6LBS whooot whooot. So I will post a more detailed oriented post when I can sit for more than 10 mins at a time. In the mean time I'm on Clear liquid diet for 2 weeks with protein drink as well, what did you guys love as a clear liquid??? Let me know:P

  1. I had full liquids rather than clear once I was home, and practically lived off Imagine soups... they are creamy (but not cream OF) and come in a number of flavors. I loved the broccoli best, and I've made it a regular part of my diet.

The best part of liquid diets for me is icy pops. I use the natural fruit pops, but a lot of people swear by sugar free popsicles.

  2. I did a lot of beef broth...chicken occasionally but I liked beef the best...Hope you feel better soon...it was quite a few days before I started feeling better as well so just hold on and you will get there...lol

  3. You can do this! I've been there too. I basically lived on chicken broth, clear liquid/acceptable protein drinks, and jello. Not great, but it does get better.

I'm with you! After a whole year, it's still not the "easy" way out. The good news is . . . it does get easier to deal with.

  4. I don't remember doing a clear liquid phase, but I'm sure that it would have been chicken broth and beef broth... gatorade... things like that. Hang in there - it will get easier!
